Rules of the Road

Help ensure a pleasant and safe riding experience!

1. Respect Others/Noise and Disturbance
Help to support a welcoming atmosphere by treating fellow passengers, shuttle staff, and property with respect and courtesy.

• Use headphones when listening to audio devices.
• Cell phone use may not disturb other passengers.
• Avoid language and/or behavior that may cause discomfort, disturbance, or harm to others.

​2. No Smoking, No Alcohol Consumption or Substance Use

3. Seating

• Offer seats near the boarding areas of the bus to those who may benefit from them.
• Strollers/walkers must be folded safely away in the rear of the shuttle as space provides. Shuttle staff will assist.

4. Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Help keep the Shuttle a clean and well-maintained “leaving no trash behind” when you exit.
• Please consume any food prior to boarding the bus.
• Ensure that all personal beverages are in covered or sealed containers.

5. Pets and Service Animals

• Pets are welcome on the shuttle ONLY if they are kept in animal carriers and can be situated on one’s lap.

6. Personal Belongings

• Carry-on packages are allowed as space permits and at the driver’s discretion.
• Be mindful of securing your personal belongings in a way that allows for unobstructed pathways.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Incidents of non-compliance will be evaluated on a per-case basis. Actions or behaviors that may interfere with the safe operations of the transit vehicle could lead to suspension of riding privileges and/or legal consequences.
